As a Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that underpins our organization's applications and services. This role requires expertise in Kubernetes, DevSecOps practices, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, RedHat Linux, Helm, container management, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS IAM. You will be responsible for ensuring the platform's reliability, scalability, and security, while also focusing on performance optimization and cost-efficiency. Success in this role hinges on practical experience with the aforementioned tools and processes. Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration, DevSecOps for secure development integration, and Terraform for infrastructure as code is essential. Experience with Ansible and Puppet for configuration management, RedHat Linux for OS administration, Helm for Kubernetes application management, and AWS IAM for identity and access management will be highly valued. Your contributions will be key to collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving complex technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement within our platform infrastructure.

  • 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes
  • 5+ years of experience with DevSecOps
  • 5+ years of experience with Terraform
  • 5+ years of experience with Ansible
  • 5+ years of experience with Puppet
  • 5+ years of experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • 5+ years of experience with Helm
  • 5+ years of experience with Container Management
  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS IAM
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant certifications in Kubernetes and/or DevSecOps
  • AWS experience working with large-scale cloud environments
