About The Position

As a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will support clients in modernizing their IT infrastructures and meeting their most challenging missions. You will work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You’ll establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service providers to further your clients’ meaningful missions. With access to internal innovative labs, you will expand your skills and explore different ways of solving our clients’ challenges. Whether helping to develop, deploy, or manage IT infrastructures for crucial server and network components, you’ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems
3+ years of experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces
Experience with scripting languages, including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience hardening government systems following STIG requirements
Experience with the Linux Operating System
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of hire date

Nice To Haves

Experience deploying and managing containers using Kubernetes or Docker
Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform
Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
Experience with Agile development techniques and ceremonies
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering concepts
Bachelor's degree
