Senior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field and 7 years of experience implementing security principles and administering IT systems, OR 10 years of experience with relevant technologies.
- Experience administering cloud environments.
- Experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure information management systems, including monitoring network availability and performing necessary maintenance.
- Experience with scripting languages including Bash, Ansible, or YAML.
- Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with containers.
- Experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory.
- Experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment using automation and tools such as terraform.
- Experience with Platform as a Service Technology to include Kubernetes.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary.
- Security+ certification.
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start.

- Compliance with DoDD 8570.01-M IA certifications.
- IAT Level II baseline certification.
- Computing environment certifications such as an AWS certification within 30 days of starting.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling Tier 1-3 Tenant requests.
- Monitoring operational environments.
- Provisioning Tenant VPCs.
- Configuring roles.
- Addressing tenant access requests.
- Escalating service requests as required.
- Applying expertise to complex work assignments requiring originality and innovation.
- Developing methodologies and presenting solutions.
- Contributing to deliverables and performance metrics.
