About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to be responsible for fulfilling Tier 1-3 Tenant requests. This includes monitoring operational environments, provisioning Tenant VPCs, configuring roles, addressing tenant access requests, and escalating service requests as needed. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology related area of study and 7 years of experience implementing security principles and administering IT systems or 10 years of experience with any of the following technologies:
Experience administrating cloud environments
Experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure information management systems, including monitoring network availability and performing necessary maintenance to support network availability and network security measures
Experience with scripting languages including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces
Experience with Amazon Web Services, containers
Experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
Experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment using automation and tools such as terraform
Experience with Platform as a Service Technology to include Kubernetes
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary
Security+ certification
An active TS/SCI is required to start

Compliance with DoDD 8570.01-M IA certifications; IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications such as an AWS certification within 30 days of starting
