About The Position

Team Reduckulous is the Resiliency Engineering team that builds platforms to help teams ship with confidence. We own Pulse , our enterprise synthetic monitoring platform that continuously validates real user journeys before clients feel an issue, and the Resiliency Insights Dashboard , which turns resiliency standards into clear, actionable signals for application teams. If you want to build products that protect clients, influence hundreds of teams, and raise the resiliency bar across the enterprise, this is the place to do it. Core Responsibilities Designs, implements, and deploys cloud platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions. Provides intermediate level technical support and monitors multiple cloud technology platforms effciency through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of cloud software and infrastructure platforms. Develops technical standards. Tests and evaluates IT vendor products. Reviews configuration parameters to optimize system performance and maximize operation uptime Trains and mentors staff and IT project teams, providing guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department. Administers systems by actively managing patching, routine maintenance and backups to include the scheduling and execution of related tasks. Evaluating system performance and capacity in a large distributed infrastructure environment Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of three years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
Hands-on expertise with AWS Services, Cloud based databases, CI/CD, Pipeline Development, Cloud Platform Development, Cloud Based Application Development
Able to work independently, passionate about solving points of pain for developer community , scrum/agile methodologies
Basic troubleshooting skills in cloud infrastructure, networking, security best practices, and performance optimization
