About the team: You will be part of the Engineering team, responsible for developing and evolving the platforms that support the operation and growth of the business. Requirements

Experience as a Software Engineer working hands-on in software development.
Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with full-stack development and building distributed applications.
Experience in building and sustaining scalable systems in production.
Experience with software architecture and good engineering practices.
Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3, or equivalents).
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, automations, and communication between services.
Ability to act as a technical reference influencing decisions and directing solutions.

Nice To Haves

Experience with distributed systems, observability, and CI/CD.
Experience with DevOps and SRE practices.
Experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, and scalable applications.
Experience with Generative AI solutions applied to products, use of LLMs, integrations with AI APIs, or building intelligent features.
Ability to evaluate and propose practical applications of GenAI connecting technology and business impact.
Experience with defining scalability strategies and optimizing cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Act hands-on in the development and evolution of applications, contributing to full-stack solutions with a primary focus on backend and strong proximity to architecture and cloud environments.
Technically lead relevant initiatives, being a reference in decisions about architecture, scalability, and good engineering practices.
Influence the team through code reviews, mentoring, and technical direction, raising the quality level of deliveries.
Design scalable solutions balancing decisions between application, architecture, and efficient use of cloud, especially in AWS.
Contribute to the development and evolution of services, integrations, automations, and components necessary to support products and platforms.
Act in solving complex problems, unblocking the team in scenarios of high technical complexity.
Work in partnership with Product and Engineering in defining solutions with direct business impact.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of engineering, including architectural patterns, quality, performance, observability, and reliability.
Support decisions related to infrastructure, scalability, and efficient use of cloud resources.
