About The Position

Accelerate your career by designing modern cloud solutions. We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer who enjoys solving real customer problems with modern cloud technology. In this role you’ll help organisations design, deploy, and improve their Microsoft cloud and Azure environments. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to translate technical requirements into practical solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and modern workplace platforms. This is a great opportunity for a senior engineer who enjoys both hands-on technical work and solution design, and wants to play a bigger role in shaping how technology is delivered to customers. As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping customers adopt and operate modern cloud platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to understand requirements and recommend the best technical solutions
Design and implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure solutions
Provide technical input during pre-sales discussions and solution planning
Support engineers with complex troubleshooting and escalations
Deliver planned and emergency changes across customer environments
Present technical solutions and remediation plans in a clear, customer-friendly way
Collaborate closely with Tech Support, Technology Success, Centralised Services, and Professional Services teams
Help improve documentation, standards, and delivery processes
