About The Position

As a cloud computing application architect, you know how to create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. This role involves using cloud architecture skills to improve mission-critical applications and products by developing cloud-based solutions. You will use the latest cloud technologies to improve the client’s environment, work with industry leaders to inform strategy and design, and ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. You’ll recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You’ll work with your team to help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud and grow your skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Cloud Architecture
2+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
Ability to work with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to work with scripting tools, such as Python, Bash, Ansible, or PowerShell
Ability to work with IaC, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
