The Clothing Room Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and keeps the Clothing Room running day to day. This is a hands-on operations coordinator who can be trained but requires reliability and basic logistics thinking. It is not a supervisory role but leads the flow of work by assigning tasks and giving direction to volunteers and other assigned helpers. The Coordinator works closely with Reception to schedule client appointments, greets and assists donors and community members, receives and sorts donations, and keeps the clothing floor areas stocked with seasonally appropriate clothing. The Coordinator also tracks what comes in and what goes out, keeps records up to date, and helps improve how we collect and share information across departments-including MissionTracker and VolunteerTracker – for tracking donations and volunteer placement. This position is highly visible and must represent the Mission's core values of Faith, Family, Community, Compassion, and Stewardship.
