The Clothing Room Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Clothing Room. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability and basic logistics thinking. While not a supervisory position, the Coordinator leads the flow of work by assigning tasks and providing direction to volunteers and other helpers. The role involves close collaboration with Reception to schedule client appointments, greeting donors and community members, receiving and sorting donations, and stocking clothing floor areas with seasonally appropriate items. The Coordinator also tracks inventory, maintains records, and assists in improving information sharing across departments, including MissionTracker and VolunteerTracker. This position is highly visible and must embody the Mission's core values of Faith, Family, Community, Compassion, and Stewardship.
