Requirements

  • Detail-obsessed and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Can communicate clearly, coach patiently, and keep your cool under pressure
  • 6–12 months of restaurant or retail leadership experience
  • Can lift 50–75 lbs (aka, a saucy amount of chicken) and be on your feet for long shifts
  • 18+ with a food handler’s card and a hunger to grow
