About The Position
This role involves completing Federal and State specific disclosures in tandem with loan specific program requirements, verifying data integrity in the loan file, and communicating with sales staff and settlement agents as necessary. The position requires preparing Closing Disclosures in accordance with TRID requirements and preparing Closing Documents in accordance with Federal, State and Loan Specific requirements.
Requirements
- Familiar with regulatory compliance including TRID, RESPA and TILA
- Familiar with multistate disclosures and closings
- Basic knowledge of Conventional and Government loan products and requirements
- Strong knowledge of closing document preparation
- Detail oriented
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities
