About The Position

Greystar is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional with meaningful experience in commercial lending and loan operations to support its Credit origination business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience focused on coordinating the due diligence, pre-closing and funding activities required to ensure timely, compliant and accurate commercial loan closings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, investment operations, or legal/financial coordination, preferably within an investment or development environment.
  • Prior experience with attorney prepared documentation.
  • Superb attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact to manage deliverables from external counterparties (borrowers, attorneys, tax and insurance consultants, title companies, etc.).
  • Coordinate the disbursement of funds with internal counterparts in capital markets, accounting, finance, and tax.
  • Assemble, organize, and maintain electronic credit files for compliance, audit, and reporting purposes.
