About The Position

Crumbl Cookies is looking for dependable, high-energy individuals to join their Closing Team. This role involves baking and decorating cookies to Crumbl's standards, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and committed to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
• Strong ability to work fast, stay organized, and follow directions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow manager prep lists and closing procedures with accuracy.
• Prepare and decorate cookies to Crumbl’s standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
• Work efficiently to maintain fast ticket times without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and fulfilled promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks (staying approx. 1 hour after close).
