About The Position
Crumbl Cookies is hiring dependable, high-energy individuals to join their Closing Team. This role involves baking joy into every cookie, requiring individuals who are fast on their feet, serious about cleanliness, and enjoy making customers smile.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
- Strong ability to work fast, stay organized, and follow directions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Follow manager prep lists and closing procedures with accuracy.
- Prepare and decorate cookies to Crumbl’s standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
- Work efficiently to maintain fast ticket times without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks (staying approx. 1 hour after close).
