About The Position
Griswold Home Care for Greater Mission Viejo is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. This role offers flexible schedules with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The company was founded in 1982 and is the oldest non-medical home care franchise organization in the country, operating in over 170 locations across 30 states and having assisted over 100,000 families.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ Years of home care or facility experience

Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical elderly care and home companionship.
- Assist with various responsibilities such as laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Help clients maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Aid with daily tasks such as bathing and feeding.
- Provide companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
- Complete documentation for each shift and submit timely updates.
- Communicate routinely with the office about client condition and needs.
