About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Real Estate Closing Specialist to help guide buyers and sellers through the final steps of their home purchase.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office; Qualia is a plus)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

• Experience in real estate, banking, or customer service
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule real estate closings
• Review and prepare closing documents
• Walk buyers and sellers through paperwork at closing
• Make sure all documents are accurate and complete
• Handle and distribute funds securely
• Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys
• Keep organized records and files
