Requirements

  • Basic carpentry or construction experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Carpentry, cabinetry, or technical/vocational training preferred
  • Experience assembling or installing furniture preferred
  • Background in custom, trim, or cabinet carpentry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead installer with loading, unloading and organizing materials
  • Help transport tools and supplies to and from the job site
  • Support installing custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
  • Collaborate with lead installer to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
  • Learn and develop installation and measurement skills over time
