About The Position

As demand for its coaching programs continues to grow, the company is seeking a high-performing sales professional who can both convert qualified opportunities and proactively generate new business. This role combines high-ticket consultative sales with business development responsibilities. You will conduct discovery and sales consultations with qualified prospects, present coaching programs, overcome objections, and guide prospects through the enrollment process. During periods with fewer scheduled consultations, you will proactively generate opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship-building activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys owning the entire sales process—from creating opportunities to closing deals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-ticket closing experience
  • Proven track record in consultative sales environments
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Experience conducting discovery and closing calls
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in performance-based compensation structures
  • Self-motivated and highly accountable for results

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery and sales consultations with qualified prospects
  • Present coaching programs and service offerings to prospective clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Overcome objections and confidently guide prospects through the buying process
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Manage follow-up activities and move opportunities through the pipeline
  • Generate additional appointments and opportunities when calendar availability allows
  • Conduct outbound outreach to commercial real estate professionals
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
  • Create opportunities for future sales conversations and long-term engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and key performance metrics
