About The Position

The Clinician is part of a specialized interdisciplinary team including a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Therapeutic Support Specialist, Occupational Therapist, and a Family Partner. This is a mobile position in the Central communities of Massachusetts (Worcester) and is a Full-Time salaried role. The position offers higher rates for independent licensure or if bilingual, and includes a $2500 sign-on bonus. The Edinburg Center has a forty-year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury, and autism in the community. Requirements

Master’s degree
License-eligible as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
Prior experience working with youth and families, including youth experiencing mental health and/or behavioral challenges
Willingness to work collaboratively with other disciplines
Ability to individualize treatment based on the needs of a family
Seeking candidates with a flexible schedule
Organized with strong documentation and clinical writing skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Engage youth and family in the intake process, including risk assessment and safety planning
Collaborate with families and team members to complete all required assessments and maintain up-to-date treatment plan goals
Facilitate weekly in-home therapeutic sessions for children and families, and may participate in additional sessions as needed, including caregiver coaching
Provide clinical guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals
Engage in ongoing care coordination with both internal and external providers
Participate in the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services
