About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest or passion for weight loss and weight management. The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to exceptional patient care, a collaborative spirit, intrinsic motivation, and an acute attention to detail, complemented by a polished and professional demeanor. This role involves leading a small team of health coaches and member care coordinators in an innovative and growing company focused on transforming health and wellness.

Requirements

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number.
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Interest or passion for weight loss and weight management.
• Interest in nutrition, women’s health, endocrinology, or Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement treatment.

Responsibilities

• Ignite change through dynamic 1:1 consultations and coaching sessions, employing motivational interviewing skills to build powerful connection.
• Elevate members' wellness journeys with vibrant health assessments, offering guidance and education that sparks lasting transformations.
• Deliver standout routine care, blending standardized procedures with personalized touches, including physical examinations and screenings.
• Bring excitement to every member follow-up, ensuring meticulous documentation that reflects their unique progress and needs.
• Be the driving force behind an empowered team, shaping an uplifting work environment and championing continuous growth.
• Infuse energy into the workplace, fostering a culture aligned with JumpstartMD’s mission and values, celebrating diversity and collaboration.
• Lead the charge in dynamic team and management meetings, pioneering improvements in SOPs for unparalleled member care and satisfaction.
