This position involves providing targeted, intensive services to children and families. The Clinician will write progress notes, participate in the development of individualized family plans, attend meetings, and manage their time effectively. They will also develop positive relationships with agency and community programs, utilize behavior interventions, and form constructive relationships with children and families. A key aspect of the role is identifying strengths and resources within families and communities, observing and evaluating behavior, completing Functional Behavioral Analyses, and implementing change programming based on these analyses. The Clinician will record behavioral data, update client diagnoses, make recommendations for treatment phases, and maintain accurate records in accordance with agency policies and regulations. They are expected to seek clinical information, accept feedback, mentor new TBS Behavioral Analysts, and work flexible hours to meet family needs. The role also requires performing duties consistent with the agency's mission, vision, and values, collaborating with other staff, maintaining a work calendar, and participating in ongoing training.
