This position involves providing behavior analysis services to children and families. The Behavior Analyst will form positive relationships with children and families, identify strengths and resources, conduct Functional Behavioral Analyses, implement change programming, record behavioral data, and make recommendations for treatment phases. Agency-specific duties include performing all tasks in accordance with agency principles, values, and policies, modeling positive attitudes, collaborating with staff, maintaining a work calendar, and participating in ongoing training. The role is an at-will employment position.
