About The Position

The HOPE Program at GV Health provides support to consumers for up to 3 months following a suicidal crisis. The team consists of Lived/Living Experience staff and clinical staff who work in collaboration with the consumer to address their needs and the circumstances that precipitated their suicidality. The model of care focuses on the individual's recovery and building of resilience using a therapeutic model of care. This is a clinical role where you will engage in individualized therapeutic work. We are looking for a new staff member to join our small team located in Seymour which services the Strathbogie, Murrindindi and Mitchell Shire.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in mental health work.
Well-developed clinical skills.
Qualifications as outlined in the Position Description under 'Key Selection Criteria'.
Working with Children Check (WWCC).
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening.
International and National Police Checks.
Aged Care Statutory Declaration.
Valid working rights in Australia.
Immunisations as mandated by Department of Health.
