We are looking for a Clinical Specialty Technician Manager to join our crew — someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, and jumping in when things get wild. Requirements

  • RVT or equivalent experience with confidence in advanced emergency and specialty cases
  • Clinically seasoned (2+ years in Specialty) — comfortable managing high-acuity patients and complex procedures independently
  • A floor-first leader who teaches, mentors, and supports in the moment
  • Clear, calm communicator who performs well under pressure
  • Someone who thrives in controlled chaos and finds purpose in challenging medicine

Responsibilities

  • Triage, place catheters, run CRIs, assist with anesthesia, monitor critical patients, and jump into the action whenever needed.
  • Help manage patient flow from check-in to discharge so everyone — clients, patients, and staff — has a great experience.
  • Adjust staffing as needed, coach your crew, and keep morale high.
  • Ensure the hospital is clean, safe, and stocked so the team can focus on what they do best — saving lives.
  • Scheduling, training oversight, and supporting overnight operations behind the scenes.
