Requirements

2+ years of experience coordinating clinical research studies
Phlebotomy proficiency required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active studies at once

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in CNS, mental health, psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health research preferred
CCRC certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical trial activities, ensuring protocol compliance and study success
Coordinate participant scheduling, study procedures, assessments, and follow-up visits
Perform phlebotomy and assist with collection and processing of study specimens
Serve as the key liaison between study participants, investigators, sponsors, CROs, and monitoring teams
Maintain source documentation, case report forms, and study records with rigorous attention to quality and accuracy
Support site readiness for audits, monitoring visits, and regulatory reviews
Assist with safety reporting, adverse event documentation, and participant retention efforts
