About The Position

OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center is Oklahoma’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Cancer Center. This role is designed for a strategic thinker ready to elevate research operations at one of the nation’s top cancer centers. In this influential position, you’ll help oversee the business, financial, and regulatory engine behind our clinical trials portfolio. From optimizing processes and strengthening compliance to shaping budgets, business plans, and operational strategy, your leadership will directly support the research that transforms patient care. You’ll provide coaching, direction, and support to staff across the department—ensuring excellence in hiring, training, performance, and workflow management. When your supervisor is away, you’ll step confidently into the lead role, keeping operations running at full strength.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field.
60 months management/supervisory experience in a related field.
If a Nurse or Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner will require a license through the State of Oklahoma.
