About The Position

Drive clinical workflow innovation by analyzing existing practice patterns and identifying strategic opportunities to leverage Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for improved patient outcomes. Lead physician and staff adoption through expert change management, guiding clinic sites from non-standard processes to streamlined, high-performance digital workflows. Orchestrate targeted clinical training for new features, system upgrades, and new associates, ensuring every team member is equipped to utilize the full power of our healthcare technology. Collaborate with physician leadership to bridge the gap between technical functionality and clinical reality, ensuring system optimizations align with the practical needs of a busy practice. Cultivate a culture of digital excellence by building strong relationships with practice users, serving as a trusted advisor who resolves information gaps and enhances the overall provider experience.

Requirements

  • Drivers License credentialed from the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • EMR Optimization Mastery: Proven experience in clinical workflow mapping and the advanced implementation or optimization of large-scale EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Athena).
  • Change Management Expertise: A track record of successfully leading clinical teams through technical transitions, with the ability to influence physician adoption and behavior change.
