Clinical Therapy Technician
About The Position
OSMC is dedicated to providing high-quality care for diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system in a patient-centered, service-driven environment. The Clinical Therapy Technician supports physical and occupational therapists and therapy assistants at the Goshen OSMC location. Under the supervision of licensed therapists, the technician prepares treatment areas, materials, and supplies and assists with clinical and operational tasks. Pay is based on the applicant’s experience in a therapy department setting. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, and requires a GED or high school diploma.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas, materials, and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapists.
- Assist with documentation and appointment scheduling.
- Set up equipment and demonstrate its proper use.
- Sterilize therapy tables and exercise equipment.
- Monitor and maintain supply inventory.
- Apply dressings and hot or cold packs.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
