Clinical Therapy Technician
About The Position
OSMC is dedicated to providing high-quality care for musculoskeletal diseases and injuries in a patient-centered, service-driven environment. The Clinical Therapy Technician supports physical and occupational therapists and therapy assistants at the Goshen OSMC location. Under the supervision of licensed therapists, the technician prepares treatment areas, materials, and supplies and performs related clinic support duties. Pay is based on the applicant’s experience in a therapy department setting. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week and requires a GED or high school diploma.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas, materials, and supplies under the supervision of licensed therapists.
- Assist with documentation and appointment scheduling.
- Set up equipment and demonstrate its proper use.
- Sterilize therapy tables and exercise equipment.
- Monitor and maintain supply inventory.
- Apply dressings and hot or cold packs.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
