About The Position

Reaching Milestones is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The role leads clinical quality and supports the delivery of ethical, individualized, evidence-based ABA services. The Clinical Director mentors and develops clinicians, collaborates with families and organizational leadership, and helps improve clinical programs and operational practices.

The position is full-time and primarily clinic-based, with some remote flexibility for appropriate administrative and documentation responsibilities. Scheduling flexibility is available based on clinical and operational needs. Caseload, billable-hour, administrative, scheduling, and remote-work expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Reaching Milestones describes itself as an established ABA provider with 22 years of experience, six locations, and a clinical team with more than 100 years of combined BCBA experience. The organization offers access to structured supervisor training, mentorship, collaboration with experienced BCBAs, and opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance as the organization grows.

The anticipated annual salary is $95,000–$115,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A $7,500 signing bonus is included with the offer.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree meeting applicable certification and professional requirements.
• Clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience providing supervision, mentoring staff, or supporting clinical programs.
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and data-based decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, collaboration, and quality client care.
• Ability to meet applicable Georgia practice, payer, and employer requirements.

• Experience as a Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, Senior BCBA, or lead clinician is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
• Promote ethical, individualized, evidence-based treatment.
• Review clinical programs, assessments, and treatment plans as appropriate.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and support data-informed decisions.
• Promote compliance with applicable professional, payer, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members within applicable supervision requirements.
• Support staff development, competency, and ongoing training.
• Help implement and strengthen clinical supervision practices.
