About The Position

The Clinical Therapist (CSW, LCSW, AMHC, LMHC, LMFT, AMFT) position is full-time, benefits eligible after 30 days, works a Monday - Friday schedule with flexibility and offers excellent clinical supervision and multi-disciplinary team support. Provo Canyon School, with locations in Provo and Springville, UT, has a proud history of providing quality services and successful treatment outcomes to adolescents and their families. Our dedicated team strives to change the lives of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 by providing compassionate, skills-based care that is personalized to meet each student’s specific needs. We offer evidence-based treatment and services to adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a secure psychiatric residential treatment center setting.

Requirements

Licensed in the State of Utah, or eligible and actively pursuing licensure.
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
Skills in application of DSM-V CBT and DBT.
Treatment plan development skills.
Case management skills.
Timely and accurate documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an inpatient setting.
Substance abuse knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical therapy services to adolescents aged 12-18.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide compassionate, skills-based care personalized to meet each student’s specific needs.
Work within a secure psychiatric residential treatment center setting.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Participate in clinical supervision.
Manage cases effectively.
Complete timely and accurate documentation.
