About The Position

WellQor is a patient-centered, full-service psychological practice that provides online care. Clinical therapists work as part of collaborative care teams, supported by peers and a Clinical Director. The practice emphasizes long-term patient relationships and combines traditional and innovative approaches to care. Therapists help clients address mental health challenges, improve relationships, and achieve personal goals through teletherapy.

Therapists define their availability and schedules and may choose a caseload that fits their lifestyle. WellQor provides credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services. The role also includes regular consultation with the Clinical Director and regional team, connection with therapists nationwide through the Clinician Connect platform, company events, and opportunities for CEU sponsorship. Compensation is paid by the billable hour and varies according to license level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.

Requirements

• Hold an independent practice license as an LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent.
• Have experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions.
• Be comfortable using technology in everyday work.
• Be willing to learn.
• Be friendly, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients through teletherapy.
• Set personal availability and work schedule, and choose a suitable caseload.
• Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback.
• Connect with therapists across the country through the Clinician Connect platform.
• Provide therapy and document sessions using an electronic health record system.
• Participate in company events and take advantage of CEU sponsorship opportunities.
