About The Position

WellQor is a patient-centered, full-service psychological practice that provides online care and emphasizes long-term relationships with clients. Clinical therapists work as part of a collaborative team, with support from peers and a Clinical Director, and are employed on a W-2 basis. The practice uses a care-team treatment model in which clinicians can consult with their team for advice, institutional knowledge, and feedback. In this remote role, therapists provide teletherapy and build meaningful relationships with patients. Clinicians define their own availability and schedules and may choose a caseload that fits their lifestyle. WellQor provides administrative support, including credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, and customer service. Therapists may also participate in company events and receive opportunities for CEU sponsorship. Compensation is paid by the billable hour and varies based on license level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.

Requirements

Hold an independent practice license as an LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent.
Have experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions.
Be comfortable using technology in everyday work.
Be willing to learn.
Be friendly, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

Develop meaningful relationships with patients through teletherapy.
Set personal availability and schedules and manage a caseload suited to individual preferences.
Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback.
Connect with therapists across the country through the Clinician Connect platform.
Participate in company events and pursue opportunities for CEU sponsorship.
