About The Position

WellQor is a patient-centered, full-service psychological practice that provides online care. Clinical therapists build ongoing relationships with clients and work as part of a collaborative care team, with support and guidance from peers and a Clinical Director. The practice provides W-2 employment and administrative support, and emphasizes a team-oriented culture focused on clients and clinicians. In this remote role, therapists provide teletherapy and help clients address mental health challenges and improve their relationships and well-being. Clinicians define their availability and schedules and may choose a caseload that suits their needs. They regularly consult with their Clinical Director and regional team, connect with therapists nationwide through the Clinician Connect platform, and may participate in company events and receive CEU sponsorship opportunities. WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services. Compensation is paid by the billable hour and varies according to license level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements. Requirements

Hold an independent practice license such as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent.
Have experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions.
Be comfortable using technology in everyday work.
Be friendly, professional, and compassionate.
Be willing to learn.
