About The Position

The Recovery Village Palm Beach is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As part of a national behavioral healthcare network, this role involves working collaboratively with a supportive team to create a positive environment for patients and staff. The position utilizes proprietary AI technology to streamline documentation, allowing more time for direct patient care. Sign-on bonuses are available for both preliminary licensed and independently licensed therapists.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered intern).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI).
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
