Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
  • Current state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LISW, or other approved clinical license as required by program regulations.
  • Experience using electronic medical record systems and business software applications.
  • Act 33/34 Clearances, if required by the program.
  • FBI Clearance, as required.
  • Completion of all licensure-required trainings.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing mental health counseling services.
  • Experience working with substance use treatment and recovery services.
  • Experience facilitating individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Experience working in community behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Support individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans that align with client goals and program requirements.
  • Maintain an active caseload and engage individuals in ongoing treatment services.
  • Participate in clinical meetings related to treatment planning, progress reviews, and discharge planning.
  • Coordinate care with program staff and community providers to ensure comprehensive support services.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to non-licensed clinicians and staff when appropriate.
  • Support program initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
