Requirements

Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
Current state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LISW, or other approved clinical license as required by program regulations.
Experience using electronic medical record systems and business software applications.
Act 33/34 Clearances, if required by the program.
FBI Clearance, as required.
Completion of all licensure-required trainings.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing mental health counseling services.
Experience working with substance use treatment and recovery services.
Experience facilitating individual, family, and group therapy.
Experience working in community behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
Support individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.
Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans that align with client goals and program requirements.
Maintain an active caseload and engage individuals in ongoing treatment services.
Participate in clinical meetings related to treatment planning, progress reviews, and discharge planning.
Coordinate care with program staff and community providers to ensure comprehensive support services.
Complete accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Provide supervision and guidance to non-licensed clinicians and staff when appropriate.
Support program initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
