The primary focus of the Clinical Therapist in the IOP/PHP is to provide direct clinical services to youth ages 12-17, including those dually diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) and co-occurring behavioral health conditions. This position delivers structured, evidence-based treatment within Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) levels of care, including individual, group, and family therapy and psychoeducational programming grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) frameworks. The Clinical Therapist II operates as a core member of the multidisciplinary treatment team under the supervision of the Clinical Director and in coordination with the Medical Director.
