High Focus Centers, a leading provider of behavioral healthcare in Southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team in Center City Philadelphia. Through our affiliated programs—Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope—we provide comprehensive, individualized treatment for adolescents and adults experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a clinical internship or practicum as part of the degree program.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) levels of care and evidence-based treatment modalities preferred.
  • Professional licensure is preferred but not required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate PHP group therapy sessions for individuals experiencing mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary team members to support treatment goals and successful outcomes.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
  • Coordinate care with referral sources, family members, and community providers as appropriate.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while supporting overall program operations.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program and client needs.
