About The Position

Inova Mount Vernon Hospital – Intermediate Care Unit is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 2 to join the team. This schedule for this role will be Full -Time | Nights | 7:00PM – 7:30AM | Days Vary | Rotating weekends & holidays |

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• Must be available six (6) for non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM), Virtual training modules., Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total), On-unit shifts
• May perform additional duties as assigned
