Inova Loudoun Hospital – Acute Care Unit is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. This schedule for this role will be Full -Time | Nights | 7:00PM-7:30AM | Days Vary | Rotating weekends & holidays | Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. We are also proud to be consistently recognized as a top employer in both the D.C. metro area and the nation. 25 & 26 Main Acute Care Unit Description The Acute Care Unit (25 & 26 Main) is a 31-bed, dynamic unit caring for a diverse patient population, including medical, cardiac, surgical, trauma, neurology/stroke, and oncology patients. As a Clinical Technician, you’ll play a key role in hands-on patient care, working closely with nurses and providers in a supportive, team-focused environment. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
