About The Position

Inova Loudoun Hospital – Acute Care Unit is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team. This role is part-time, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, varying days, and rotating weekends and holidays. The Acute Care Unit (25 & 26 Main) is a 31-bed, dynamic unit caring for a diverse patient population, including medical, cardiac, surgical, trauma, neurology/stroke, and oncology patients. As a Clinical Technician, you’ll play a key role in hands-on patient care, working closely with nurses and providers in a supportive, team-focused environment. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• Must be available six (6) for non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of: Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM), Virtual training modules, Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total), On-unit shifts
• May perform additional duties as assigned
