About The Position

Inova Loudoun Hospital’s PCU is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 to provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of registered nurses. The role is full-time, day shift, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with rotating days, weekends, and holidays. The technician communicates effectively with team members, patients, and visitors and maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system. Additional duties may be assigned.

The position requires availability for six non-consecutive weeks of paid training. Training includes two virtual orientations from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, six classroom-style sessions from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, virtual training modules, and on-unit shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
• Availability for six non-consecutive weeks of paid training.
