About The Position

Inova Loudoun Hospital - Medical is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 to provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The role is full-time, with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on varying days, including rotating weekends and holidays. The position includes six non-consecutive weeks of paid training, including virtual orientations, classroom-style sessions, virtual training modules, and on-unit shifts. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• Complete six non-consecutive weeks of paid training, including virtual orientations, classroom-style sessions, virtual training modules, and on-unit shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
