Ernest Health is seeking a Clinical Talent Recruiter to join their team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for clinical positions within specific markets on the West Coast (California, Idaho, Montana, Utah). Requirements

  • 1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required.
  • Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for Clinical positions.
  • Source candidates through various platforms including Therapy and Nursing student platforms.
  • Participate in weekly recruitment calls.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
  • Update weekly vacancy reports.
  • Participate in the development of new recruiting strategies.
  • Sources candidates through various recruiting platforms to identify and screen candidates to present to hospital hiring Directors and Managers.
  • Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
