About The Position

Clinical Analyst provides implementation and support services to clients in the organization. These services may include application build, education, training, process analysis, process redesign, fit gap analysis, policy development, procedure development, troubleshooting, interaction with vendor support services, report development, and progress reporting to management and stakeholders. The Clinical Analyst will work in an independent manner with minimal direct supervision. The Clinical Analyst will assist our clients in developing workable downtime and disaster recovery procedures. The Clinical Analyst will use their own judgement and initiative to solve problems of a low degree of complexity. The Clinical Analyst will spend a great deal of their time working with clients to assist them in optimizing their usage of enterprise information systems. This will be accomplished through participation in meetings with clients designed to maintain a working relationship with the client, such that the analyst understands the clinical challenges facing the client's business unit. Clinical Analyst work habits will promote teamwork both inside the department and outside the department.

Requirements

  • Associate degree and 6 years’ experience in a healthcare related field or equivalent 10 years’ experience
