Requirements
- Patience, tact, courtesy, and enthusiasm.
- Positive attitude, especially when interacting with residents and families.
- Ability to remain calm under stress.
- Strong communication skills to engage with residents, families, personnel, and visitors.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Electronic Medication Administration).
- Ability to read and write in English for accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Providing organized and efficient support to the clinical department at the community.
- Serving as a Medication Aide or Resident Aide.
- Creating a nurturing atmosphere where every resident feels valued.
