How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead and mentor clinical and clerical teams to foster a culture of professional growth and high-quality patient care. Optimize daily operations by managing staffing levels to ensure the unit is always balanced and ready for patient needs. Champion patient outcomes by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to streamline delivery and remove barriers to care. Drive team accountability through proactive coaching and performance management to empower every staff member. Provide hands-on support during peak census periods to ensure seamless service and support team solidarity.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Front office and/or call center supervisory experience preferred
