Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative jobspecific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide daily coaching, orientation, and mentorship to nursing and support staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment and support professional growth.
Coordinate daily assignments and resource allocation to ensure safe, balanced workloads and seamless unit operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader healthcare team to align care plans, remove barriers, and achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for every patient.
Step into direct patient care as needed during peak census periods to maintain high care standards and support your frontline team.
Oversee daily clinical support activities, complete performance evaluations, and manage staff development to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.
