About The Position

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking part-time Clinical Support Staff to join its clinical team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The role supports people receiving addiction and mental health care by guiding them through therapeutic processes and helping maintain high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. The position works with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment planning, assessments, group sessions, coordination, and clinical documentation. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and the work is on-site. The position reports to the Clinical Supervisor. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social work or a related Human Services field.
Experience in the behavioral or mental health treatment field.
Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics.
Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, reviewing client progress, challenges, and treatment strategies.
Conduct baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations.
Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and provide ongoing client support.
Assist Clinical Supervisors and Therapists with treatment coordination, family communication, and caseload coverage as needed.
Support clients in managing external stressors and overcoming barriers to treatment.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
